This position will work directly with a nationally recognized team of Principals in Charge and engineering professionals. Day to Day Responsibilities:
Consult with Principal in Charge on business development activities and prepare proposals, project cost estimates, personnel assignments, project scopes and deadlines.
Coordinate with various departments on specific project requirements, specifically in design of electrical systems, including but not limited to low to medium voltage power distribution, lighting and UPS systems.
Review and approve project documents, modifications and changes for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with engineering staff and clients throughout design process.
Conduct job site observations or inspections as necessary.
Travel to local project sites is required; some overnight travel may be expected.

Education and/or Experience:
B.S. Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical systems design is required.
Experience with AutoCAD is required; Revit software experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in project and personnel management is required.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.
License(s) and/or Certification(s):
Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration required.
Possession of, or ability to obtain valid driver’s license.
