The work of this Project Leader will support the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our financial advisors. They will mentor others to leverage their knowledge and experience across the division. They will have accountability for leading projects and team members to meet strategic business objectives and working with other senior leaders to build effective roadmaps of improvement initiatives, understanding the linkages and dependencies with other department, division and firm initiatives. Facilitation and oversight of cross-divisional strategic initiatives using various Quality Management disciplines that includes, but not limited to Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Change Management and Systems Thinking.
Lead and mentor Operational Excellence practitioners.
Ability to develop strategy focused on Value Stream Optimization, eliminate process waste and facilitate flow by: supporting the development and optimization of Value Streams
Lead Kaizen events to facilitate process improvement; benchmarking and applying best practices within the vertical and across the network.
Lean Six Sigma Experience: 5+ years
Leadership Experience (People or Project): 5+ years
Certification: Black Belt REQUIRED, Master Black Belt highly preferred
Business skills and technical skills in areas of: KPI’s, Visual Management Systems, 5S, Lean Methodologies, Minitab, Visio, DMAIC, DMADV, and team facilitation.
Broad business knowledge and ability to link customer needs with business processes
Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
