The Dean is the chief academic and administrative leader of the COE and provides leadership and vision in strategic planning and implementation of programs and leads COE development activities. The successful candidate manages financial resources and external relations and provides vision and leadership resulting in significant increases in resource acquisition for COE from private gifts, grants, contracts, and other sources of revenue.
