Engineered Systems Sales Director - (remote position must be in the eastern time zone)
Responsible for development of a strategy and execution of that strategy to sell existing and future Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) products in larger commercial and community wastewater treatment systems. The strategy will include the hiring and development of a new technical sales team (sales engineers) to work closely with existing IWT sales team.

Identification of growth opportunities in decentralized space (organic and acquisitions)
Initial responsibilities in US and Canada – later evaluation of potential and feasibility of global offerings
Develop strong relationships with existing commercial team
Approximately 15 years of experience with at least 8 years’ experience in sales
Experience in business-to-business construction-related or industrial sales
Experience selling to consultants/specifying engineers
Record of achievement in long-cycle consultative sales
Has hired, lead, and developed great teams
Telecommuting is allowed.
