Chemical - Oil and Gas Refinery, Chemical Engineering
Reservoir Engineer, Shell Exploration and Production Company, New Orleans, LA. Construct and execute field specific integrated reservoir surveillance plans with respect to data acquisition, interpretation/QC data, integrated reservoir modeling, and action planning. Optimize and forecast hydrocarbon production. Identify development and production enhancement opportunities within field and export constraints. Realize full potential of the Well and Reservoir Management (WRFM) process. Maintain, update, and history match simulation models (CMG, IPSM). Provide base production forecasting, appropriate surveillance modeling, Pressure Transient Analysis, and Well Productivity Analysis to help maximize reservoir performance and drive fully integrated management of the assets. Provide timely and assured production forecast and volume estimates for quarterly updates, for annual business planning, and annual review of petroleum resources. Work closely with Development teams and other disciplines for the identification and maturation of production, and the development opportunities that arise from surveillance activity. Provide Reservoir Engineering Analyses as required for co-owner engagements.
