T-O Engineers is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with ten or more years of experience who can contribute to our Coeur d’Alene office as a Senior Project Manager in the field of Transportation. Candidates should have a PE license, design experience, and an extensive network in transportation. Duties will include resource allocation, business development, project management, client development, project design, preparation of drawings, and construction inspection. Strong computer and communication skills are a must.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Idaho PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
10 years minimum experience in the civil engineering field
Developing Scopes of Work and Labor Estimates
Experience with Microstation and AutoCAD are a plus
Project Management skills and creating CPM schedules
Communication skills with clients and review agencies
Ability to lead and develop staff as needed to support growth of the transportation group.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop your skills in many areas.
This job will also provide you with autonomy as you will be required to lead projects with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment.
