Duties: Drive customer-facing and back-end projects that support Search on Salesforce. Use pro-forma financial and statistical analysis to forecast the value of search features. Analyze and process complex data sets related to customer search behavior. Translate product vision and strategy into written business requirements for design and coding purposes. Conduct user research, competitive analysis and financial modelling and assist in the creation of business plans for new opportunities and bring the best of consumer web social and collaboration technology to the enterprise. Lead the day-to-day work of technical teams, monitor and prioritize projects and review technical work products for project performance. Understand and discuss architectural concepts using machine learning algorithms and system architecture. Schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members. Develop algorithms based on deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive data modeling that are used to deepen relationships, strengthen longevity and personalize interactions with customers. Lead the engineering and data science teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Monitor, analyze and report on core search metrics using business analysis tools. Plan and execute strategic A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate hypotheses about customer behavior and determine optimal course of action for product improvements. Monitor business using business intelligence tools and leverage predictive systems and algorithms for identifying trends and driving business solutions. Achieve Search feature success by working at the strategic level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth. Partner with internal and external teams to guarantee successful prototyping and product implementations. Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related discipline and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in the field of business analysis or systems analysis OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related discipline and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in the field of business analysis or systems analysis. Training will not be provided to applicants. Required skills: (1) A/B Testing; (2) Bayesian analysis; (3) Apache Solr; (4) Requirement Gathering and Analysis; (5) SDLC; (6) experience working with Data Science team; and (7) Machine learning. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Salary: $273,500.00 per year. Hours: normal business hours – 9:00am-5:00pm, M-F.
