A research professional position in plant metabolomics is available at the University of Georgia, with a starting date as early as August 2021. We seek a highly motivated individual with strong background in plant metabolism and analytical chemistry to lead the operation of a USDA NIFA-funded LC-MS/MS instrument for research and analytical service in metabolite profiling. The individual will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the LC-MS/MS instrument, developing analytical methods, assisting with user training and data processing, and fulfilling service requests for metabolite analysis.
