This position is responsible for assisting with the execution of programs designed to recruit and retain Association members through the selling of memberships and promotion of WQA programs/services to current, and prospective, members. Responsibilities also include ensuring members’ satisfaction, improving member communication, and assisting with the coordination of the dues renewal process. Other responsibilities also include tasks related to the planning of the Annual Meeting, Mid-Year Conference, and other exhibits throughout the year.
