The Department of Public Service for the City of Columbus, Ohio, has nearly 800 employees who provide a variety of essential services that maintain and improve the travelling safety and quality of life for Columbus residents, as well as supports the growth and economical development of the city. The Division of Traffic Management focuses on traffic management, transportation planning, and traffic maintenance services for the City of Columbus. This includes safety studies, traffic signal review and maintenance, intersection upgrades and enhancements, as well as thoroughfare and mobility planning.
