The CE specialist in Water Equity and Adaptation Policy will conduct a collaborative, multifaceted research and outreach program focused on providing regional and statewide leadership in water equity and adaptation policy and planning, to address issues around water quality, access, affordability and sustainability for disadvantaged urban and rural communities.
