PURPOSE: The Manager of Project Development is responsible for developing new UAMPS generation resources through power purchase agreements and owned output resources.  EXAMPLE OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assumes responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective power resource strategies and policies.
