GENERAL PURPOSE:  Under the general supervision of a Senior Civil Engineer, direct and coordinate work within the Public Works Transportation Engineering Division including but not limited to capital projects dealing with intersection improvements, street widening, sidewalk improvements, bike lane improvements, new road construction, and bridge maintenance/construction. Perform duties as the Project Manager for assigned projects.
