Neighborhood Transportation Coordinator
This is responsible, professional, and supervisory work in the Transportation and Parking Department, managing the operations and strategic planning of City neighborhood transportation and traffic safety programs. Work involves the direction of professional and clerical employees, including the selection, placement, promotion, training, discipline, safety, and performance-based evaluation of these assigned employees. Work includes preparing and presenting recommendations and reports to resolve operational and administrative challenges; evaluating the department budget and making informed budget recommendations; continuously monitoring and planning neighborhood transportation programs and projects through an immediate and a long-range focus with neighborhood association representatives
