We are looking for someone to lead our solution-focused team in the areas of GIS (Geographic Information System) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). You'll drive enterprise adoption using toolsets from both Esri and SAP. This role is a mix of individual contribution and leading other analysts as well as interacting daily with our business areas.
CORE COMPETENCIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Provides lead support to department staff within assigned functional area. Responsible for architecture, design, implementation, and operation of complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business processes. Specific responsibilities include prioritizing and guiding work for staff, researching new software and functionality, and overseeing system and process changes. Functions as project manager and/or subject matter expert for large, complex, cross-functional projects. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.

Leads staff to include prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, monitoring employee performance, ensuring staff are trained, and making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations.
Adaptability – Seeking a candidate who maintains a positive attitude in the face of change; appropriately adjusts behavior and activities to changing conditions.
Researches new ERP technology and assists in development of technology strategic plans.
Customer Focus – The successful candidate puts customers at the center of business decisions in order to identify and respond to current and future customer needs. Builds customer confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, sets achievable customer expectations, assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, ensures commitments to customers are met, solicits opinions and ideas from customers, responds to internal customers.
Provides enterprise architecture guidance for area of assignment.
Project Management – Seeking an individual who establishes project goals, milestones, and procedures, defines roles and responsibilities, acquires project resources, coordinates projects throughout company, monitors project progress, manages multiple projects.
Leads large, complex, cross-functional projects for area of assignment.
Job Technical Skills – The successful candidate keeps their technical skills current; effectively applies specialized knowledge and skills to perform work tasks; understands and masters the technical skills, knowledge, and tasks associated with their job; shares technical expertise with others.
Oversees and performs configuration of assigned ERP modules.
Designs and implements system and process modifications.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to apply expert knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP for Utilities, SAP CRM, Microsoft Office 365, Esri ArcGIS and/or other enterprise applications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, and
At least six years of progressively responsible experience in area of assignment, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
