Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Plant Biology
The Department of Biological Sciences at the University of North Texas (UNT), a Research 1 (R1) Carnegie classification university with over 49,000 students, invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in Plant Biology with an emphasis on plant stress responses and/or plant development. Preference will be given to applicants with research interests in the areas of biochemical, molecular, and physiological basis of plant growth, development, and response to the environment, including abiotic and biotic stressors, which would contribute to and collaborate with our growing group of plant researchers and relate well with other ongoing research at UNT.
