Mattel is currently seeking a Senior Director of Quality Engineering, supporting our Mattel Brands including American Girl.  Our environment is fast-paced, driven, pragmatic, and results-oriented. This role requires a leader who sets high standards for personal and team performance, moves quickly to assess the current situation, makes recommendations to executive leadership, and implements changes to support the business. Exceptional leadership and communications skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally, are key success factors for this role. Quality Engineering and Design Assurance principles are fundamental needs for the role. Additional experience in either Drones, Remote Control Vehicles, Digital Gaming, and the Toy industry is also a key factor for success in this role.
