Genetics Physician
The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital Pediatric Specialty Care of Maine Health is seeking an MD/DO or MD/DO/PhD clinical geneticist certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics to join their well-established Division of Genetics in Portland, Maine. The successful candidate will have responsibilities including patient care, inpatient consults, outpatient genetic clinics and multidisciplinary clinics, as well as clinical teaching of medical students and residents. Experience in biochemical genetics and adult medicine would be highly desirable. The Division of Genetics currently consists of 2 ABMG Certified Physicians, 4 ABGC Genetic Counselors and 2 Metabolic Dietitians. The Division works closely with 7 additional ABGC Gene
