Operations Manager Job Description: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the company, while establishing and maintaining high standards of customer service for artists and guests. Formulate event organization policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of resources. Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience. Coordinate and facilitate event scheduling and set-up. Perform and execute successful settlement of events.  Manage venue vendors and subcontractors and fulfill tour security requirements. Coordinate day of event activities and matters while meeting staffing levels and budget targets for each event. Forecast operational and production expenses and ancillary revenue
