This position is responsible for conducting and reviewing traffic simulation modeling for arterial and freeway systems, so that the roadway is designed to support existing and future traffic conditions.  This position performs and reviews internal Metro freeway and arterial modeling projects; reviews external Metro freeway and arterial modeling projects; provides technical support and assistance to customers and stakeholders; and assists in the development of standards and guidelines for freeway modeling.
