Physical Electrical Substation Engineer 3
The Physical Substation Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and/or checking of general arrangements, equipment plans, elevations, sections, control house layouts, grounding design, lightning protection, lighting layouts, conduit and cable design, bills of material, and cable schedules. Engineer will be expected to perform their project activities to an acceptable level of quality and according to project schedules. Roles and Responsibilities: Knowledge of major substation equipment, the functions of that equipment, and ability to select and specify substation equipment Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards Knowledge of the types of drawings required to construct an electricalsubstation Knowledge of
