Utility Worker
GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK: Performs various building and ground maintenance work as required. Skilled work in one or more of the trades, which includes maintenance and repair of equipment and structures. Employee should have knowledge and skills in one or more of the building trades. The operation of a company vehicle is required. Performs maintenance and various labor tasks as assigned. Work is performed under assigned supervision. TYPICAL TASKS: Performs facility remodeling, repair, and maintenance duties using skills that include carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC.
