Alfmeier Friedrichs & Rath ("AFR") is hiring for an experienced Quality Lab Technician for our D shift. The D shift operates on a rotating 12-hour shift (7 pm-7 am), the shift pattern results in 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week, resulting in 8 hours of overtime per biweekly pay period. GOAL SETTING / TASKS:The holder of this position assures the use and implementation of all production procedures and systems, providing the Customer with quality products, on-time delivery, and full satisfaction. PRIMARY DUTIES: Performs precision measurements on products and associated gauging to verify part conformance to the specification of injection molded components according to requirements detailed on inspection plans.
