SUMMARY: Under the direction of the District Engineer. Coordinates subdivision development activities, including wastewater collection system design, design review and inspections; participates in collection system master planning studies, capacity studies, cost estimates and reports; and meets with developers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, government personnel, and the public. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1.
