Engineer III Bureau of Environmental Resource Regulation Job Summary: This is advanced, independent engineering work reviewing permit applications, serving as an expert witness, and participating in rule development; or performing engineering analysis, planning, designing, and management of engineering projects; maintenance and operation of projects; and serving as a project manager on projects not requiring professional engineering certification. Job duties include: • Reviews the engineering portion of compliance and enforcement projects, to evaluate conformance with District rules and issued permits. Responsibilities include conducting periodic site inspections during and upon completion of project construction/implementation to monitor system
