GENERAL SUMMARY:Responsible for overseeing assigned engineering projects and processes using both technical engineering and administrative leadership skills. Participates in planning, design reviews, specifications development, and project milestones tracking for engineering projects. Perform leadership tasks such as training staff, establishing budgets, and assisting engineering managers with strategically assigning tasks, setting deadlines for projects, and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
